- Description
- Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, requires a contract for Martial Arts Instructor to provide the expertise needed to operate a well-rounded martial arts program. Successful offerer must furnish all tools, parts, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform classes: Martial Arts classes are to be conducted at the Mathis Fitness Center or the Carswell Field house. The location will be determined by the Fitness Center Director (FCD) IAW the needs of customers and to comply with mission requirements. Classes will be conducted Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1800 to 1930 hours. Instructor must possess, as a minimum, current national certification (Black Belt) prior to conducting first class. The period of performance will run 1 October 2004 thru 30 September 2005. This is a firm fixed price requirements-type contract. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611620 (Sports and Recreation Instruction), size standard $6M. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Release of the RFQ will be via the Internet. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance from the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov The Solicitation will be issued on or about 6 August 2004.
