Description

It is the Government intent to award a sole source purchase order to National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems for the supplies and support services required to access and dispatch law enforcement messages over a controlled access, self-authenticating network. The network must provide for the immediate exchange of the information in the area of criminal activities and related information with hard copy output. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The period of performance will be 1 Oct 04 ? 30 Sep 05. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. All contractors submitting any proposal to the Government must have a Commercial Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government?s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
