Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AND REPLACES FA7012-04-R-0035 DATED 5 AUG 04 IN ITS ENTIRETY. The 11th Contracting Squadron/LGCN, Bolling AFB DC, intends to award a Fixed Price Contract to conduct research projects to support the personnel strategic plan and human capital management initiative articulated by Air Force Directorate of Personnel(AF/DP). This work supports the strategic goals that AF/DP has identified in a Personnel Strategic Plan and will enable the Air Force to plan for the strategic management of human capital. The proposal due date is 12:00PM 20 Aug 2004. Award will be made on or about 15 September 2004. The NAICS code assigned to this requirement is 541612, Size Standard is $6.0M. The period of performance for the base year is 15 September 2004 through 14 September 2005, followed by one (1) option period. This is a FY04 requirement. The option period is subject to the availability of funds clause, FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984). No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
