- (i) This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requeste d and a written solicitation will be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AROUND 23 AUGUST 2004. (ii) Solicitation W9124M-04-T-0098 will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures . (iii) Incorporated provisions and clauses are located in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions included in this solicitation. (iv) This procurement is 10 0% Set-Aside for Small Business. The SIC is 7374; NAICS is 518210, setting the size standard to $21.0M. (v) Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001: SYSTEM/NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR. Resultant contract will be awarded for one base year, with three, one-year, option periods.
