- Description
- Provide all labor, material, and equipment to design and construct fish screen barriers and appurtenances. Work shall include pre-design data collection, such as site surveying, and measurement of water surface elevations and velocities. Construction includes modification of an existing fish barrier, located on the Bar 7 Ditch and installation of new fish barriers, at the site of an existing barrier on Blaine Spring Creek. The work is located at the Ennis National Fish Hatchery, Ennis, Montana. Performance period is 45 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is under $25,000. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 22, 2004, with a closing date of on or about September 21, 2004. The RFQ will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please note that drawings and specifications will also be posted with the solicitation as .pdf files and will be available for download from the GPE. This acquisition is open to both large and small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
