- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-04-097 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 532112 and the size standard is 21.5 million. The Final Delivery Of These Vehicle Must Be Completed No Later That 30 Days From The Date Of Award Although Earlier Delivery Of These Vehicles Will Favorably Affect The Offeror?s Evaluation. Vehicles shall be delivered to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Price must include insurance and delivery charges. The award of a contract will be made to the offeror whose proposal contains the price and technical features, including delivery date (schedule), offering the best overall value to the Government. Price and technical, including schedule, are approximately equal. Please include any warranties that apply. Offerors shall submit their proposals in English by e-mail to procurement@bpd.treas.gov. Proposals must be in US Dollars. Proposals are due by August 12, 2004 @ 2:00PM EST. Your proposal must also include the date the vehicle will be ready for delivery. Only proposal for vehicles meeting or equal to the specified vehicles, and any optional items listed herein, will be considered by the Government.
