- This is Amendment #0004, the following changes need to be added to this combined synopsis/solicitation. That Line Item #0001-0005 are ALL IN COLOR and here are better decriptions of the prints required. Line Item #0001 “Downtown Little Rock” – Little Rock Skyline – Color, Code: RM238; Line Item #0002 “Old Mill" From Gone With The Wind (in Spring) - Color,Code: RM264; Line Item #0003 "RiverFront" River Market Scene, Little Rock, Arkansas-Color,Code: RM524; Line Item #0004 "Old State House" in Little Rock, Arkansas - View Through Gates - Color,Code: RM241; Line Item #0005 "Villa Marre" (Designing Women) - Color,Code: RM259. ALL OF THE ABOVE PRINTS CAN BE VIEWED AT THIS FOLLOWING WEBSITE www.despainprints.com, except for Little Rock Skyline, but this one is available through their POC. For the following Line Items#0006-0010, the size of the Name Tags that will be provided to the contractor are 2” inches high x 4” inches wide. The closing date has been extended to Monday, 9 Aug 04 @ 4:30 p.m. (Central Time) If anyone has any questions, I would prefer you to e-mail me and I will respond back at my earliest convenience. All vendors wishing to quote on this requirement must e-mail me that they have received Amendment #0004, which means that you understand and comply with the changes made. If you submitt a quote and then decide that some change(s) need to be made, please indicate in the subject line of an e-mail on the front page of the fax that this is a “REVISION” if you have more than one change, please indicate what number# revision it is.
