- Amendment #1 is to state that the resurfacing of the existing asphalt base which will involve sweeping, cleaning, leveling and filling the existing cracks and then adding 1 ? ? of new, type ?E? asphalt on top of the existing base for approximately 39,750 sq yards needs to be completed in its entirety no later than 09/30/2004.
