- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is for the following items: CLIN 0001, 18 EA, COM 201B FM Antenna, 30-88 MHz Frequency Range without external tuning, 200 watts average, vertically polarized, omnidirectional, rugged construction; CLIN 0002, 2 EA, Shipping Crates; CLIN 0003, Shipping Charges. For this acquisition, the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees and the NAICS Code is 334220. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
