- This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 8/20/04 with proposal opening date approximately 3.5 weeks following issuance. Description: Roof Replacement with modified bitumen roofing system on a 3600 sf rest room and concessionaire bldg, Big South Fork NRRA, Onieda TN The work of this contract consists of the roof replacement with a modified bitumen roofing systme on a 3,600 SF rest room and concessionaire building. The building has a flat steel deck roof with 6 skylights, 50 inces by 50 inches each. This work includes the following: removal of existing roofing system and furnishing and installing a new roofing system. The price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. , The NAICS code for this projec is 23561 This procurement is a 100% small business set aside Request For Quotation and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations(FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Responses will be due approximately three (3) weeks following issuance of the solicitation. Search by referencing solicitation number above, Department of the Interior, National Park Service. Individual requests for solicitation packages will NOT be accepted.
