Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to Construct a Pre-Engineered Metal Building and a CMU Warehouse with associated related building Site Work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and subject to the T erms and Conditions of the Contract in the 4700 Block Area of Fort Benning, GA. This solicitation is for awarding a firm-fixed price contract with the estimated magnitude between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This requirement is 100% SET-ASIDE for SERVICE -DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES and is SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for this project. Solicitation Number W911SF-04-B-0012 will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face Indust ry Website (http://acquisition.army.mil) or the Fort Benning website (http://www.benning.army.mil/doc) on or about 20 August 2004. A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted in Building 6, Room 261, on 31 August 2004 at 10:00 am, Local Time followed by a site visit. All responsible bidders may submit bids, which will be considered by this agency.
