F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana TX 75507-5000 and Tobyhanna PA 18466-5059. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 180 each, 281 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 175 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 180 ea ch, 187 days DACA. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION Cage Code (78286), and TEK Precision CO. LTD Cage Code (65780) because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quali ty of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
