Description

NSN: 2925-00-127-7828, RL041820050000, Igniter, Spark, Gas. Source controlled drawing/document. Sources of supply are: Teledyne Technologies (Cage: 03104) P/N 706345, Rev. ?E? dtd 12/12/90 and Federal Mogul Aviation (Cage: 0AFL4) P/N FHE158C. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery for stock is 66 DARO. First Article Testing does not apply. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Full & Open After Exclusion of Sources. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 564 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 282 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four-option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is on or around 20 August 2004.
