Description: Provide Orthopedic clinic or services to eligible Native Americans and Alaskan Natives at the following locations: San Xavier Health Center, Tucson, AZ and Sells Indian Hospital, Sells, AZ(60 miles west of Tucson). Clinics (4 hours = 1 clinic) are to be provided once a month for a total of twelve(12) clinics per year for each location. The anticipated period of performance is one year from date of award, with the option to extend for(4)four option years with a total performance period of 5 years.
