Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to install a complete interactive dual stream polycom videoconferencing "turnkey" system at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. Tenth Street, Medical Residence Training Conference Room C-5128, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The system must be compatible with systems being installed and equipment provided must meet the same standards of quality and operational ability as systems being used at IU School of Medicine. Work shall include all aspects of the project, such as design/engineering; equipment provision, installation, checkout; and warranty of system performance. Site visit is required so that bidders can determine any requirements for plenum wiring, clearances, and investigate all issues related to installation. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. NAICS code 334210 and size standard 1000 employees applies. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractors are responsible for obtaining a copy of all documents (solicitation and amendments via the website: http//www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa.
