Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide a PET/CT Mobile Trailer including qualified PET/CT Technologist(s) and support staff to perform PET/CT scans on site at the VAMC, Milwaukee, WI. Services shall be performed one (1) to two (2) days per week as further defined in the specifications. The contractor will be responsible to pay for AGFA and PET/CT Scanner OEM expenses to interface the PET/CT scanner with the VA AGFA PACS system. Services shall commence on or about September 1, 2004 through August 31, 2005 plus (three (3) option renewal periods, exercised at the Government's discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price and procurement is 100% un-restricted. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 621512, size standard $11,500,00 applies.
