Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a contract with the Directorate of Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR), CSTE-DTC-YP-CS-MWR-FM, 301 C Street, Yuma, Arizona a non-appropriated fund s activity at USAYPG to provide full food services for enlisted military personnel stationed at USAYPG on an other than full and open competition basis. MWR has the only full service food facility at USAYPG; therefore the dining facilities must be in clos e proximity to living quarters and place of duty. A fixed price contract with a performance period of one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5812 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 722310 with a Size Standard of $17.5 Mil. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government no t to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses other than the above source may identify their interest and capabilities to perform the requirement by submitting a p roposal via email or facsimile with complete mailing address, point of contact, phone number, facsimile number and business size.
