Description

Description: The National Park Service intends to issue a Prospectus for a Concession Contract for food and beverages and retail services within Rocky Mountain National Park on or about September 1, 2004. The contract will offer commercial services at Trail Ridge Store. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR Part 51, has determined that the existing concessioner is not a preferred Offeror for this contract. One contract will be issued for the above-listed services. Prospective Bidders should monitor this site for the exact date of issuance. The National Park Service will not maintain a mailing list for potential bidders, nor will it accept requests for prospectuses prior to formal issuance of the prospectus. A tentative site visit has been planned for September 21. Interested parties should contact Karen Reese, Concessions Management Specialist, Intermountain Region, at (303) 969-2667 if they intend to participate in this visit. Prospectus packages will be available on the September issuance date by contacting Judy Jennings, Chief, Business Resources Division, National Park Service, Intermountain Regional Office, P. O.
