Description
NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Note: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. NONPERSONAL SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and labor necessary to provide a Family Advocacy Program (FAP) New parent Support Specialist at the Camp Zama Army Community Service (ACS) Center. The focus of this program will be the education, prevention, advocacy and reporting of domestic violence. The ACS New Parent Support Specialist (NPSS) (hereafter referred to as ?Contractor?) works independently to coordinate and administer the operation and management of the Camp Zama Family Advocacy New Parent Support Program (NPSP). The Contractor shall work in coordination with the Army Community Service Officer (ACSO) and the Family Advocacy Program Manager (FAPM) to provide commanders, service members, DoD civilians, contractors, and family members with information regarding topics and programs related to new parent support, family advocacy and family readiness in the Army, the local military community, and local off-post community resources. The focus of FAP NPSP will be the education and prevention of child maltreatment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-AUG-2004).
