Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Grain Marketing & Production Research Center located in Manhattan, Kansas, requires replacement of existing light fixtures with Government-furnished light fixtures in Building 3. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $20,000 and $40,000. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAX'D TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 492-7031 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-1269-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ (970) 492-7031 ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 20, 2004. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 238210 with a small business size not exceeding $12 million average annual gross receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-1269-82HW-04 which will be available on or about August 2, 2004. The anticipated award date is August 23, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. *NOTE: GSA Contracts take priority over Open Market.
