Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate a Sole Source contract with Armstrong Service Inc. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 6.302 and 15.002. Award will be made on a sole source basis to provide steam piping system as-built drawings. The as-built drawings include both the main and annex buildings heating systems. The resultant contract will exceed the simplified acquisition threshold and the procedures set forth in FAR Part 15 shall be used.
