Description

The VA MEDICAL CENTER, DAYTON OH is soliciting proposals to provide INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY SERVICES for the VAMC, Dayton, Ohio AND Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, Ohio. This is a firm fixed price small business set-aside contract. Period of performance is from Date of Award thru September 30, 2005 with two option years. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about August 30, 2004. This solicitation is issued under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov./ Offerors should contact Michelle.ranes@mail.va.gov or (540) 842-4699 regarding any problems downloading the solicitation from the website. The Contracting Officer for this solicitation may be contacted at Samuel.Tahmoush@med.va.gov. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the VA Dayton A&MM Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
