Description

The contractor shall perform a complete demolition of Building 7 at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. Contractor shall disconnect existing electrical, utilities systems and prepare space for construction of parking lot. The approximate square footage of the building is 14,500. All work shall be done in strict accordance to drawings and specification provided. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code is 235940. Completion time for this procurement is 120 days. The estimated cost range is between $250,000. - $500,000. The tentative issue date is 8-13-04. The bid opening date will be 9-15-04. A walk thru will be conducted on 9-8-04. All requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing along with a non-refundable check in the amount of $25.00.
