Description

The VA Western New York Healthcare System has a need for healthcare services, a Community Based Outpatient Clinic, to be furnished by the contractor in Cattaraugus County of New York State. The contract will be for a base year plus four one-year renewal options. The contractor will furnish all healthcare providers, medical facilities, medical equipment, medical supplies and all administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical needs of the enrolled patients. The solicitation will be available electronically, on this website, on or about September 3, 2004. All requests for a hard copy must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer listed above. Written requests made by fax or e-mail will be accepted.
