Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, plant, material, parts, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide repair/replacement to Airfield pavements. Primary NAICS code is 237310. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. This serves as a combination Synopsis and Pre-solicitation Notice as required by FAR 36.213-2. Any contractors receiving this as a pre-solicitation notice that does not want to receive future pre-invitation notices should advise this office. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on/about 28 Aug 2004 on the Government?s Electronic Posting System at http://www.eps.gov. You must register at that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Paper copies are not available as the Government is moving towards paperless procurement. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr2000.com and must be compliant with veternas? employment reporting requirements (i.e., submitted VETS-100 Report, if applicable) in order to be eligible for award.
