Description

Contractor shall provide all the labor, material, equipment and transportation to renovate the decontamination area in Bldg. 13-050. Renovation shall consist of but it not limited to the following: removal of exterior insulation and finish system (E IFS) and install new EIFS; removal and replacement doors, frames and windows, removal and replacement of floor, removal of asbestos transite wall panels and replace, removal and replacement electrical systems, remove and replacement HVAC system, remove and replacement sump and pump. Place of Performance is Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. IFB W911RP-04-B-0005 will issue on or about 26 Aug 04 and open on or about 25 Sep 04.
