Description

Roof replacement. The work will include, but not limited to, remove all existing built-up roofing and metal roofing assemblies, install new mechanically attached 1 ?? polyisocyanurate insulation, hot asphalt 1 ?? polyisocyanurate insulation, hot asphalt applied cover board, and a three-ply torched modified bitumen membrane over the existing insulation, install new standing seam aluminum roofing panels over existing structural decks and existing metal roofing where designated, and install stainless steel flashings with soldered seams. Cost range: $4,250,000 - $5,250,000 Construction. time: 365 calendar days. A PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL BE AUGUST 31, 2004 AT 1:30 PM AT THE FACILITY IN THE POSTMASTER?S CONFERENCE ROOM.
