Description

The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a contract with HyPerformix, 1921 Minnow Creek Road, Annapolis, MD 21401. The items to be purchased are one 1U-PFL Integrated Performance Suite with one concurrent perpetual license, annual maintenance for the item, and one Quickstart training module. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no formal solicitation package is available. See numbered note 22. Note 22 is modified to read "10" in lieu of "45" days.
