Description: The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a contract with HyPerformix, 1921 Minnow Creek Road, Annapolis, MD 21401. The items to be purchased are one 1U-PFL Integrated Performance Suite with one concurrent perpetual license, annual maintenance for the item, and one Quickstart training module. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no formal solicitation package is available. See numbered note 22. Note 22 is modified to read "10" in lieu of "45" days. HyPerformix is the developer, owner, and the only reseller of these items.
