- The following modifications are hereby made to the synopsis: The military specification has been updated for the Blouse and Trouser. The Blouse and Trouser should be manufactured in accordance with MIL-PRF-MCCUU-C dated August 12, 2004. Reference the evaluation factors, the "Manufacturing Plan" should be deleted and replaced with "Quality Assurance Plan". The "Industrial Mobilization (Surge)" should be deleted and replaced with "Surge and Sustainment Capacity".
