Description

NSN: 2840-00-114-0266, RL041830170000, Spacer, Fan Stator. Requiring engineering source approval by the design activity. General Electric Co. (Cage: 07482), P/N 9684M30G02, Revision ?AJ? dated 1/06/99. Acceptable source(s): CTL Aerospace (Cage: 07554) and Parkway Products (Cage: 68922). Destination inspection required. FOB Destination IAW. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery for stock is 158 DARO. First Article Testing Applies. Delivery of FAT is 90 DARO, Testing and Evaluation 60 DARO, Total delivery with FAT 308 DARO. Total delivery with FAT waived is 158 DARO. This NSN is not a critical application item. This item is commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 284 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 142 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four-option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 1, 8 and 26.
