- THIS AMENDMENTMENT IS TO CHANGE THE FOLLOWING: THE POSTING DATE FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS CHANGED TO ON OR ABOUT AUGUST 18, 2004. THE QUOTATIONS DUE DATE IS CHANGED TO READ SEPTEMBER 10, 2004. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. The project consists of transitioning all Tonto National Forest VHF Land Mobile Radios from analog wideband (25 kHz) channels to analog narrowband (12.5 kHz). Radios to be narrowbanded include approximately 35 mountaintop radios, 396 handheld radios, and 155 mobile radios. Contract shall be completed by December 15, 2004. Solicitation will be issued/uploaded on FedBizOps (www.eps.gov) on or about August 13, 2004, with Quotations Due September 7, 2004. Selection of a contractor will be based on Best Value.
