- Small Business (SB) Sources Sought for Air Transportation Operations and Related Aviation Support Services Solicitation DE-RP52-04NA25694. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 481211, with a SB Size Standard of 1,500 Employees. The prime contractor submitting an offer would be required to hold a 14 CFR Part 121 certificate to be determined responsible for an award. The successful offeror will be required to operate and maintain a fleet of seven aircraft consisting of three DC-9s, one Gulfstream G-III, two deHavilland DHC-6s, and one Learjet. The purpose of this synopsis is to determine if there is a reasonable expectation that offers can be obtained from at least two responsible SB concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.502-2. SB concerns that hold the required 14 CFR Part 121 certificate are requested to respond to this advertisement to let us know if they would be interested in submitting an offer for the upcoming solicitation.
