- Description
- The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) intends to award a commercial item purchase order for services to perform exterior pressure washing and painting of South Campus MRI Building and F-Module entrance areas. This includes panels, walls, steps, planters, and stairways with the "stucco" type finish. Estimated square footage is 23,000 square feet. The facility is located on the NIEHS campus at 111 T. W. Alexander Drive, Research Triangle Park NC 27709. This is to be issued under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to be issued on or about 8/27/04 and will be due on or about 9/8/04. A site visit will be conducted during that time.
