Description

The VA Medical Center, 1970 Roanoke Blvd., Salem, Virginia intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract to a provider who shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and qualified personnel to provide Radiation Therapy Services to veteran beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Radiation Therapy Services shall be performed at the Contractor?s medical facility, which shall be located within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Salem VAMC. Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes are provided in the solicitation for procedures allowed under the contract. Services required for each treatment series are: Patient Consultation; Treatment Plan; Treatments; Follow-Up Examinations and Emergency Treatment. The applicable NAICS Code is 622110 with a size standard of $29 Million. Contract period will be one year from date of award with four available option years. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 16, 2004. This requirement is subject to the availability of FY05 funds.
