- Description
- 1.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. All information in this document and incorporated provisions clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. 2.) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers, on RFQ F2MGFM42180400. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. 3.) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. 4.) This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Standard is 423450; the small business size standard is 500 employees. 5.) 100 Cold Weather Survival Kits, Components listed in RFQ. 6.) Destination for delivery is 91 MXG, 300 Minuteman Dr., Minot AFB, ND 58705. All items shall be shipped FOB destination. Shipment shall be received no later than 04 October 2004. 7.) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. 8.) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. 9.) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. 10.) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation, as does the clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders to the acquisition; specifically the following clauses are incorporated: 52.222-19, 21, 26, 35, 36, 37, 52.225-1-1. 11.) All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). 12.) All sources must submit their quote with required Offeror Representations and Certifications by 16:30 p.m. Central Daylight Time 26 August 2004.
