- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100 intends to procure on a sole source basis, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the items set forth herein: (1) P/N SNAP-AIV-4 Analog Voltage Module (26 each), (2) P/N SMAP-SCM-232 RS232 Module (52 each),(3) P/N SNAP-UP1-ADS Ultimate Brain (13 each), (4) P/N SNAP-B16M Snap Rack (13 each). Contractor?s Name and Address: OPTO 22, 43044 Business Park Drive, Temecula, CA 92590-3614. These items are required to support the Integrated Tactical Mobility Systems (ITMS). All responsible sources may submit their quote, which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. The Government will not issue a separate written request for quotation (RFQ). Reference NSWC Request for Quotation N00178-04-Q-0007. Contractors shall provide the following with their quotations: DUN & Bradstreet Number, TAX ID Number, Cage Code and C! CR Proof of Registration and a copy of the Published Price List. The Government shall not issue a written solicitation as a result of this notice as all information regarding this procurement is provided herein. The item shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to: Receiving Officer, Combat Direction Systems Activity, 1922 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097. Closing Date for submission of bids shall be on or before 24 August 2004.
