- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit and negotiate Firm Fixed Price contract for the Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) at Naval Station Great Lakes, IL. The contractor shall provide a Work and Family Life Counselor, specializing as a Relocation Counselor in support of all Navy members and families within Navy Region Midwest (NRMW). The required services include but are not limited to interviewing clients, assessing their needs and providing guidance regarding topics such as: relocation, family separations, parenting, divorce, career, and personal financial issues. It is anticipated that the contract will contain a base period of performance from 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 plus four (4), one (1) year option periods.
