- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install an Intrusion Detection System at various entry/exit points at the Corvallis (including the Willamette facility) and the Newport, Oregon EPA facilities. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. The estimated price is less than $300,000.00. The solicitation should be issued on August 25, 2004 with a due date of September 24, 2004.
