Description

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking a contractor to provide closing agent services for the sale of HUD-owned single family (1-4 units) properties for the State of Kentucky. HUD anticipates awarding one contract for the State of Kentucky. The contract will be for a one-year base period and four one-year options. Proposals are requested on an unrestricted basis; however, the Request for Proposals (RFP) contains a cascading preference for award to small business first. Amendments WILL NOT be automatically forwarded to previous parties who have made inquiries; you are advised to check back frequently on the FedBizOpps and HUD's Contracting Opportunites website to see if there have been any amendments issued. All amendment will be posted and may be downloaded from HUD's Contracting Opportunties website. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 541191 with a size standard of $6.0 million average annual receipts for the past three years.
