- Project consists of Janitorial Services for the Six Rivers National Forest Supervisor?s Office and Autoshop/Warehouse, located at 1330 Bayshore Way, Eureka, California. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, cleaning supplies, and any incidentals (except Government-furnished) necessary to perform janitorial services in accordance with the specifications of the solicitation. Services to be performed include carpet cleaning and window cleaning. DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION: The Supervisor?s Office is approximately 26,000 square feet of inside space including the outside area of the office. The main floor includes six (6) restrooms, two (2) shower stalls and a second floor with two (2) restrooms. The outside consists of four (4) entranceways; adjoining sidewalks to the Supervisor?s Office. The Autoshop/Warehouse is approximately 5,575 square feet of inside space, approximately 880 square feet of inside space require janitorial services, as well as the outside sidewalks and concrete entranceways. Location of Autoshop/Warehouse is 1330 Bayshore Way, Eureka, behind the Supervisor?s Office building. Inside Autoshop office, hallway, two (2) restrooms and radio shop office; outside: perimeter of Autoshop/Warehouse ramps and sidewalk around entire building. CONTRACT TIME: Contract is for Base Year with one Option year. Work is estimated to start October 1, 2004. Estimated solicitation issue date is August 31, 2004 with an estimated due date of September 21, 2004. The solicitation will be posted at this website for viewing and printing. AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION: By registering to receive notification on the link below, you will be notified via email of any changes posted to the solicitation, such as amendments. PREBID TOUR: a pre-bid tour will be conducted for this project. The exact date and time will be included in the Solicitation package and will be scheduled for the early part of September, 2004.
