Description

Request for Proposal for the operation of the David L. Carrasco JCC located in El Paso, Texas will be available approximately September 1, 2004 on the Federal Business Opportunity (Fed Biz Opps) website http://www.eps.gov/ The Government Authorized Representative for this contract is Mr. George Bennett. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus incentive fee for a 2 year base period of May 1, 2005 through April 30, 2007 plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 415 - 289 residential, 126 non-residential. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2004 at the Carrasco JCC, 11155 Gateway West, El Paso, Texas 79935 with a tour of the center afterwards. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 pm local time Tuesday, November 2, 2004 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
