Description

This requirement is for installation of sprayed foam insulation between floor joist under floor of buildings. All under floor area is open with no underpinning and fairly easy to access. Insulation to be icynene spray foam system or equal. The Con tractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, appliances and materials in performing all operations in connection with the installation of sprayed foam insulation. The Government shall provide no material, labor, or equipment. The approximate SF is 5800. The Contractor is responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all environmental laws, regulations and programs of the installation. The price range is $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. For the purpose of determining Small Business size for this acqu isition is NAICS 238310, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $12 million.
