Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcemen t constitutes the only solicitation for a Request for Proposal (RFP) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2001-24 eff ective 19 July 2004 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs), 1998 Edition current to 20040001. It is anticipated that payment will be made by Government Visa Credit Card. The American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 314999 and the size 500 employees.
