- US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to procure janitorial services for the Gulf Coast Area Office, 7407 Blackbird Street, Building 1066, MacDill AFB, Florida. The contractor shall provide all material, labor, and equipment for janitorial service. A purchase order is considered for this acquisition. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, therefore only small businesses are invited to respond. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720, Small Business Size Standard is $14 Million. Solicitation W912EP 05 T 0001 will be issued on or about 18 August 2004 and offers due on or about 01 September 2004. Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to t his procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense CCR database prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
