- Description
- The work involves the construction of a New Carrier Annex meeting the requirements as indicated in the solicitation plans and specifications. Work includes but not limited to installation of a sanitary sewer septic field system, earthwork, site utilities and site improvements, paving, site lighting, landscaping and irrigation. Work includes concrete foundations and slab on grade, wood structure, face brick veneer exterior wall, light gauge cold formed roof truss framing, plywood roof decking, structural steel Carrier Canopy framing and standing seam carrier canopy metal roof decking, asphalt roof shingles, sheet metal, masonry, wood stud partitions, insulation, gypsum board walls and ceilings, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting, metal and wood doors, metal frames, finish door hardware, metal fabrications, toilet partitions and accessories, signage, lockers, loading dock equipment, fire alarm, electrical and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning complete and ready for use. Minority-owned and Women-owned Business participation is encouraged. Construction cost range: $1,292,000 to $1,356,000 Construction completion time will be 240 calendar days from the date after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Evaluation criteria in addition to price will be considered and are as follows: Past Performance; adequate demonstration of successful completion of projects of a similar scope and magnitude as that of the proposed work using information submitted in the Qualification Statement; Supplier Capability; to be performed using information submitted in the Qualification Statement; Project Management Plan and Approach; Project Scheduling, Proposed Project Team and Company Organization; Quality Control Plan/Team; and Firm?s Standard Safety Plan. Specifications will be available on or about August 12, 2004. Specifications will be provided for a non-refundable cost of $100.00, for all requests received no later than September 3, 2004. Orders can be pre- paid by Corporate or Personal Check made out to LDI Reproprinting Center (DO NOT MAKE THE CHECK OUT TO THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE). Mail your check to: LDI Reproprinting Centers, 2200 Northlake Parkway, Suite 350, Tucker, GA 30084-4084. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. This is included in the price of the prints and specifications. USPS Express Mail service is also available at an additional cost. There will be no public opening of offers. All proposal information received is CONFIDENTIAL until award of a contract. The name of the successful offeror and the amount of the contract will be released as public information. The number of offerors, their names, and the amount of their offers WILL NOT BE RELEASED AS PUBLIC INFORMATION.
