Description

This notice incorporates AMENDMENT NO. THREE (3) to Solicitation No. 263-04-P(BC)-0013 for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Logistic Services - Supply/Warehousing Services IAW OMB Circular A-76. This amendment includes: (1) Responses to Questions 61 and 67. (2) Provides revisions to Section M and Attachment 5 in Section J. (3) The RIMS Training Manual may be viewed at the Gaither Distribution Center (GDC). And (4) Extends the Closing Date to September 10, 2004 at 1:00 PM, local time. Oral Presentations/Discussions are tentatively scheduled for the week of September 21-28, 2004. The evaluation and cost comparison results will be announced on or about November 26, 2004.
