- UNICOR intends to enter into a five year firm fixed price requirements type contract for Felt for FCC Allenwood, PA. Solicitation number is FN1207-04 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). Item 0001 ? FAB6459, Felt Brown, 11-1/8?x15-5/8?, Pressure Sen, Estimated Qty: 110,000, U/I: Each, Item 0002 ? FAB0112, Felt-Brn, 4 OZ/SQ YD, 1/32?Tx11-5/8?x13-7/8, Estimated Qty: 40,000, U/I: Each and Item 0003 ? HWS1695, Bumper. Door, 3/8?Diax.075?T, Felt. Additional specifications will be available in solicitation document. Delivery is 21 days for initial delivery order and 14 days after receipt of each subsequent delivery order. The minimum delivery order quantity is 1,000 each, maximum delivery order quantity is 10,000 each and the combination delivery order quantity is 20,000 each. This is a full and open competitive Request for Proposal. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to the Office Furniture Group, 320 First Street NW, 400 Building, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20534, ATTN: Bid Custodian. This information shall be displayed on the outside of the envelope with the solicitation number and offer closing date. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items only. Offerors who have not done business with UNICOR shall complete the ACH form which can be found on UNICOR?s. Fax proposals are accepted at 202-353-7794, Attn: Bid Custodian, the fax cover sheet shall reference the solicitation number and offer closing date and time. All offerors must complete an ACH form which can be found on our webpage at www.unicor.gov, Business Commercial Opportunities, Navigate to, Click on Procurement forms, click on ACH form and print to your printer. The ACH from shall be submitted with written offer. All Offerors must be registered in the CCR database to be considered eligible for award. If you have not registered in the CCR you may do so by logging onto www.ccr.gov and click on start new registration. This is a full and open competitive Request for Proposal. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: past performance, quality, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The solicitation will be available on UNICOR?s website and Fedbizops on or about August 20, 2004. No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered.
