Description

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS AMENDED TO ADD THE FOLLOWING. 1. Please note that the time of 9:00 AM EST for the Pre-Proposal Conference should READ 9:00 AM CST. 2. This project is design-build and performance based. Bridging documents are APPROXIMATELY 15% complete with Programming and VA and Navy applicable guide plates 100% complete. Design-build AE will be required to complete schematic design with appropriate approvals, including an extensive detailed health-care planning effort that incorporates the user and departmental groups from both the Navy and VA. Upon approval of schematics from the VA, the design-builder will be responsible for design development phase, as well as construction documents phase.
