Description

Sources Sought. Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command (HQ AFSOC), Hurlburt Field, FL, intends to award a 3-year, firm fixed price contract, with two one-year options for a National Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) System. The only known source for this system is EMS Technologies, 1725 Woodward Drive, Ottawa, ON. Additional Sources are Sought. Interested Contractors who can meet the requirements described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) should provide qualification packages in accordance with Note 22. Contractors other than EMS should also state their business size under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334511 (500 employees). All viable offers will be considered for this acquisition. Send all qualification packages/proposals, NLT 12:00 p.m. CST on 7 Sep 04, to: HQ AFSOC/LGCQ, Attn.
